​​Welcome to La Costa Mission

​a new Mexican restaurant in Malibu. We opened in January 2012, right next to the historic Old Courthouse building on P.C.H., and were immediately embraced by the Malibu locals thanks to our warm fireplace, fresh margaritas, and executive chef Geno Bahena, who worked side by side with Rick Bayless in Chicago for over a decade. Geno is truly an artist, and we are so proud to have him with us.​ ​

 

​​The community has discovered La Costa Mission purely through word of mouth. Our Yelp reviews have turned out to be our greatest and only form of advertising. The La Costa Mission family would love to have you to come in and try one of our freshly made margaritas, and taste Geno Bahena's "Out of this World Cuisine".
